Per site, on an annual licence. We show the equivalent cost per programme and resident to make the investment easier to compare — you aren't billed separately for either.

Q: How many programmes should we expect to run a year?

As many as your team can deliver. We typically model three CST programmes in Year 1, increasing to four as delivery becomes embedded. Your licence doesn't cap the number of programmes you run.

Q: What does Cognitive Wellbeing include?

Ayla isn't limited to the seven-week CST programme. Cognitive Wellbeing provides structured content designed to keep minds active, strengthen connection and make participation visible for residents outside the clinical pathway.

Q: Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. If you're not ready for a wider rollout, we can scope a pilot around a smaller number of sites, with clear measures agreed upfront so you can evaluate delivery and outcomes before deciding what comes next.

Q: What about maintenance CST?

It's included. The same platform can support ongoing maintenance sessions after the initial seven-week programme, helping teams continue structured cognitive support throughout the year.

Q: What happens if we have multiple sites?

We price multi-site partnerships differently. The price per site reduces as you scale, with proposals shaped around the number of services and planned rollout.

Q: Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes. The standard licence is for 12 months.

Q: Are there setup or training costs on top?

No. Setup and onboarding are included, with ongoing training and support throughout the licence.

Q: Do we have to pay upfront?

Not necessarily. Flexible payment arrangements are available, which we can agree as part of your proposal.
